Overview
This project aimed to create an animated social media campaign that promotes the idea that clean eating has a direct impact on mental clarity and physical wellness. I chose to work with the opinion: "Processed food and sugar is killing you. Clean eating will drastically increase your mental and physical well-being." The deliverables included three animated GIFs formatted for Instagram and a full written caption, developed as part of a one-week design sprint focused on communication strategy, design consistency, and storytelling through motion.

The Challenge
The challenge was to convey a strong, potentially polarizing opinion in a way that feels encouraging and solution-driven—not overwhelming or guilt-based. I also needed to maintain visual consistency across all three GIFs while ensuring each conveyed a step of the message clearly.
The Solution
I designed three animated posts: The first introduces the negative effects of processed food and sugar. The second and third offer uplifting visuals and positive language to encourage a shift toward clean eating.
Using motion design, visual metaphors (such as glowing brains, active figures, and nature tones), and a cohesive caption and hashtag strategy, I delivered a mini-campaign that could live on social platforms and contribute to meaningful wellness messaging.
